Call for Speakers

Our call for speakers presents an opportunity to share your knowledge and experience at the largest event in Australia for the fitness, active-health and leisure industry. If you’re at the forefront of your craft and are willing to impart your learnings with the industry we’d love to hear from you.

What are we looking for?

We’re on the lookout for presentations that are new, haven’t been delivered previously and are insightful and packed full of practical, tactical takeaways for the audience. We want to drive change and better performance industry-wide. We want to share wins and the path to success so that your peers can implement similar strategies in their businesses.

We want fresh insights, case studies, live debates, powerful panels, deep-dive how-to stories, and project journeys. Ultimately, if you got something highly valuable to share and are willing, we want to hear about it.

We’re looking for fresh, insightful content that ties directly to actionable takeaways for the audience so make sure you consider:

  • What problem or challenge can be solved and how can others apply this?
  • What will they specifically learn? What knowledge will they walk away from the session with?
  • What failed and didn’t work is equally important as the golden nuggets, particularly when you’ve been on a journey – share it all!
  • Panels, joint presentations, customers, and collaborators can work really well for engagement and effectiveness
  • The presentation hasn’t been delivered before
  • Seminar content must be engaging and interactive

  • Single presenter sessions run up to 25 minutes which includes Q&A
  • Additional time for deeper Q&A is afforded where required
  • Submissions will be reviewed by our Content Team
  • All submissions will be evaluated on their merit based on the requirements and details defined on this page
  • Submission does not guarantee a spot in the program
  • All speakers must be available on both show days at the ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre
  • Speakers are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to/from the venue
