How do I register?
Register online to attend Fitness+Wellness Australia 2022. Registration will also be available online and at the door on event days, 16-17 June 2022.
How do I collect my badge?
Badge pickup is located in front of Hall 6 on level 4 at ICC Sydney. Bring your e-ticket to scan at one of the fast track stations to collect your badge or proceed to the registration counter.
Your e-ticket will be included in your registration confirmation email which you will receive immediately after registering online. Check your spam folder if you did not receive it. If you lose your ticket, don’t worry. We will automatically send you a copy 48 hours before the event.
What time does registration open?
Registration/Badge Pickup counter will be open from 7:30 am each morning.
Do I need to pre-register for seminars if I have an education pass?
No. Although we will provide ample seating in our theatres, popular sessions do fill fast and seating is allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Fitness+Wellness Australia is a B2B trade-only event for individuals 18 years of age or older and affiliated with the fitness and wellness industry or an allied business with a fitness or wellness facility. Located in the heart of Darling Harbour, ICC Sydney is easily accessible by train, bus, light rail, coach and foot with only a 10-minute walk from Central and Town Hall train stations. Where can I park at ICC Sydney?
ICC Sydney has two car parks located within the venue. There are a number of secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour – the closest is located at Harbourside Car Park, 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont.

Fitness+Wellness Australia is dedicated to ensuring our attendees can do business in a COVIDSafe environment as we prepare for our 2022 show.
All attendees must register online with accurate contact information including name, contact number, and email address, which in addition to being held in a secure database by the Organiser, will assist with contact tracing where required.
All attendees will undergo an ID check for security purposes and to verify identification. If you are unable to present a valid ID on request, access to the event will be denied.
Exhibition badges will be issued at registration and must be worn at all times in the exhibition hall. All attendees will be scanned in and out of the exhibition halls to manage venue capacity and assist with contact tracing.
Individuals with symptoms of COVID-19 (including those awaiting a test result), a history of international travel in the 14 days prior to the event, or close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the 14 days preceding the event, must remain at home.
Attendees should be mindful of maintaining physical distancing of 1.5 meters during the event, including entering and exiting the event. Please abide by barriers, signs, floor markings, and verbal announcements to support physical distancing.
Refrain from shaking hands, touching, and other forms of physical contact.
All attendees are encouraged to use the handwashing and sanitation stations provided to ensure good hand hygiene. Cough or sneeze into your arm or tissue and wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds afterward.
Any individual displaying symptoms of COVID-19 on site must report to a COVID marshal or the Organisers Office without delay where event and venue security will be alerted, and the appropriate action taken.
